• ・Using images or stories from our IP solely for viewing purposes on websites or blog posts (such as using scenarios or images from our IP that reveal the entire content of a single episode or the entire story).
• ・Impersonating NTT Solmare or the official IP in any way.
• ・Content that deviates from or damages the image of the IP.
• ・Copying, scanning, sampling, or tracing content (e.g., illustrations, videos, audio, music) from our IP. Excludes images or screenshots of the IP.
• ・Please note, the content of this guideline may change without notice. NTT Solmare will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from revisions to these guidelines.

◆ゲームコンテンツ配信について◆

■配信対象ゲーム：

• ・Fantôme Rapport（ブラウザゲーム）

■対象となる動画・静止画

• ・動画はお客様ご自身がプレイしている動画、プレイを実況している動画に限ります。また、実況音声やコメントを追加するなど、お客様の創作性を求めます。静止画はお客様ご自身がプレイしている画像であって、感想等の文章を併せて投稿するものに限ります。
• ・ネタバレを含む投稿については、注意書きを行うなどの他のお客様への配慮をお願いいたします。
• ・当社ゲームがコラボレーションした他作品のイラスト、動画、音声、楽曲等データなどを含む投稿は対象外です。

■禁止事項

当社は、次の事項に該当するおそれのある内容に対し、その投稿の削除を含む法的手段を講じる場合があります。

また、ご自身・他者が制作された動画や静止画の利用許諾やガイドラインに関するお問い合わせにもお答えいたしません。ご了承ください。

• ・当社ゲーム実況を行う主体は個人もしくは個人事業主に限ります。法人は認められません
• ・感想や意見などを付けず、当社ゲーム内のムービー、イベントスチル、イラスト、動画、音声、楽曲等データのみを掲載した投稿
• ・当社もしくはゲーム公式と称しての活動ではないこと
• ・法令、公序良俗に反する投稿
• ・当社および当社社員、または第三者のプライバシーを侵害する投稿、名誉を棄損する投稿
• ・当社ゲームのキャラクター・ストーリーを改変・翻案している投稿
• ・チート、不正アクセス、不正な改造または当社が禁止する方法で当社ゲームをプレイしている投稿
• ・第三者の知的財産権を侵害する投稿
• ・当社ゲームの運営を妨げる投稿
• ・上記禁止事項に該当するおそれがあると当社が判断する投稿

◆Regarding Fan Creations◆

For fan-created works related to our content, we only allow use under the following conditions:

• ・It is for non-commercial purposes and personal use or distribution (*).
• *Note: This is only applicable when the projected sales are under 100,000 yen.
• *Note: For non-commercial publications or doujin activities, we may consider them non-commercial if we determine there is no excessive profit, regardless of the sales amount.
• ・It does not directly copy or use our content (e.g., illustrations, videos, audio, music) through scanning, tracing, or similar methods.
• ・It does not violate any laws or public morals.
• ・It does not harm our reputation.
• ・It does not deviate from or harm the image of our IP (e.g., characters, worldviews, etc.).
• ・It is not published in a medium that would damage the image of our IP.
• ・It is not intended to impersonate NTT Solmare or the official IP.
• ・It does not feature misleading designs or content that could be mistaken for an official NTT Solmare product.
• ・It does not use methods prohibited by the individual usage agreements of each of our IPs.
• ・It does not falsely suggest support for any specific individual, corporation, political party, or religious group.
• ・It does not contain defamatory expressions about real people.
• ・Any other content deemed inappropriate by NTT Solmare.

If these prohibitions are violated, we may suspend your access to all related content and require immediate compliance with our deletion requests. Additionally, NTT Solmare reserves the right to seek compensation for any resulting damages.

NTT Solmare is not responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from user actions related to secondary use of our content, unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
